Nicole Rogge, FNP-BC is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Haven Wellness & Aesthetics. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Nicole specializes in aesthetic medicine and regenerative wellness, blending clinical precision with a personalized, down-to-earth approach to beauty.

While she’s not helping clients look and feel their best, you’ll likely find her enjoying the charm of Fair Haven with her two young children and golden retriever, Buoy. She’s passionate about staying active and social, whether that’s sweating it all out at Poe, tending to her garden, or playing a game of tennis with girlfriends. Nicole fully believes that true beauty starts with feeling healthy, confident, and at ease in your own skin and lives by that philosophy, both professionally and personally.

She began her career after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hartwick College in 2007. Her diverse background includes women’s and children’s health, as well as leading surgical teams at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell on the Upper East Side. Nicole later played a pivotal role in establishing and managing clinical operations at CCRM New York, a boutique IVF clinic in Midtown Manhattan. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in 2024, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.

For the past five years, Nicole has worked alongside board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Herbstman in Red Bank, NJ—an experience that deepened her expertise in advanced aesthetic treatments and surgical nursing. A published author in peer-reviewed scientific journals, she remains committed to evidence-based care, patient education, and innovation in the aesthetic space.
