FOUNDER

Nicole Rogge, MSN, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Haven Wellness & Aesthetics. With over 20 years in healthcare, she specializes in aesthetic medicine and regenerative wellness, blending clinical precision with a personalized, down-to-earth approach to beauty.

Nicole earned her BSN from Hartwick College and her MSN from Simmons University, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her background spans women's and children's health, surgical nursing at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell, and clinical leadership at CCRM New York, a boutique IVF clinic in Manhattan. She spent over five years working alongside Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Robert Herbstman in Red Bank, NJ, deepening her expertise in advanced aesthetic and surgical care, and has published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.

At Haven, Nicole is devoted to helping clients feel confident and refreshed through natural-looking results and a high standard of care rooted in safety, science, and genuine connection. Outside the office, she lives in Fair Haven with her two children and golden retriever, Buoy, and enjoys staying active through workouts at Poe, gardening, and tennis.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Karen Powell, MSN, FNP-BC, CBCN, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Haven Wellness & Aesthetics, specializing in hormone health for women. Her background is rare: years spent caring for breast cancer patients at Memorial Sloan Kettering, paired with dedicated menopause and perimenopause care at Midi Health. That combination gives her a depth of clinical judgment that makes her especially well-suited to guide women safely and confidently through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife weight management.

Karen earned her BSN from Penn State and her MSN from Pace University, and is a Certified Breast Care Nurse and breast cancer survivor who has shared her expertise through published articles, podcasts, and national panels.

At Haven, Karen leads women through hormone therapy, medically supervised weight loss, and a broader range of wellness care, including supplementation and vitamin injections, tailored to each client's needs. Outside of the office, she lives in Fair Haven with her four children and enjoys surfing, tennis, and running.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Nicole Marino is the Head Client Experience Coordinator at Haven Wellness & Aesthetics and the friendly face clients see from the moment they walk through the door. With over 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery, she leads the Client Experience team, bringing a practiced, personal touch to scheduling, coordinating care, and guiding clients through every visit.

Over the past two decades, she's built deep expertise navigating the day-to-day of aesthetic and plastic surgery practices, giving her an instinct for anticipating what clients need before they ask.

At Haven, Nicole is devoted to making every client feel welcomed, informed, and taken care of, from the first phone call to checkout. Outside the office, she's raising two boys and three dogs, and loves fashion, discovering new restaurants, and traveling.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Mikey Dombrowiecki is a Client Experience Coordinator at Haven Wellness & Aesthetics, bringing a warm, consultative touch to every client interaction. His background spans sales, account management, and education, including time as a teacher, where he built lasting relationships with clients, students, and families alike. That mix of experience shaped his relationship-first approach to client care, and he holds a degree in Communication from the College of Charleston.

At Haven, Mikey is devoted to making every client feel welcomed, understood, and well cared for, from scheduling calls to check-ins to every visit. Outside the office, he loves all things fitness, whether working out himself or instructing a class, and cherishes time with family and friends.

COLLABORATING PHYSICIAN

Dr. Robert Herbstman is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and Haven's collaborating physician. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a former President of the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons, with additional memberships in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine, completed his general surgery residency and chief residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and his plastic surgery residency at New Jersey Medical School University Hospital. He also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

As Haven's collaborating physician, Dr. Herbstman partners under a joint protocol with Haven's nurse practitioners, bringing decades of experience and the same standard of safety, precision, and personalized care he's built his practice on throughout his career. Outside the practice, he enjoys traveling and cooking.
