The wellness membership program at Haven pairs you with your own experienced nurse practitioner, someone who gets to know you and stays with you through every season of midlife. From hormone replacement therapy to weight and metabolic health (with the option to add a GLP-1 medication), hair loss, vitamin deficiencies, and personalized supplement guidance, she's your dedicated resource for the questions that come up along the way.
For those facing a cancer diagnosis or navigating life beyond one, she's equally equipped to help guide you through the midlife wellness challenges that arise.

How do I get started with the Wellness Program?
All wellness care begins with an initial consultation with our dedicated, expert nurse practitioner, offered in person or virtually.
What does the initial consultation cost?
The cost of the initial consultation is $350, at which point ongoing care options are reviewed together. From there, you may choose membership or a la carte follow-ups, depending on the level of care you're looking for.

When will I learn about program costs and next steps?
All program costs, membership options, and any specialized recommendations or prescriptions will be discussed during your consultation and reviewed further with your dedicated nurse practitioner at follow-up visits.
Insurance & Medication Fulfillment
Do you accept insurance, or help with insurance coverage?
We do not accept insurance and are unable to facilitate coverage on your behalf. Any questions about insurance coverage for prescribed medications or bloodwork completed through Quest Laboratories should be directed to your individual insurance carrier.
How do I get updates on my prescription?
For any questions about filling or tracking a prescription, please reach out directly to the pharmacy it was sent to.
How do I request a prescription refill?
